South Avenue Arts offers two semi-private art studios available for rent for artists who want their own designated studio space. (one is currently available) Semi-private studios are 9 feet by 8 feet and are separated from the shared space with 8 feet tall partitions. Each includes an outlet, overhead light, locker and a window. Hours are flexible and the private studios have doors that may be closed and locked when the studios are not in use. We are not equipped for spray paint or encaustic artists.
Cost: Rent is a lease paid monthly - $400 / month
