TINY:  CALL FOR ART NOW - November 8th

EXHIBITION THEME & ELIGIBILITY:  

We are now accepting submissions for our holiday show TINY. We are looking for small works - 11 x 14 and smaller (including frame) priced less than $300.

2D and 3D work is welcome and submission is open to experienced and emerging artists.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Open to artists in the NJ, NY and PA area. All medium considered - 2 and 3D. Work must be original and available for sale.

Email jpegs to southavenueartsgallery@gmail.com Limit 3 submissions: labeled name, title, medium, size and price. Notification and dates listed below. Please label “Tiny” in the subject line.

CALENDAR

Now through November 8th: accepting emailed jpegs

November 11th:  Notification of accepted work.  All selections must be available for sale. All 2D work must be securely wired on the back (no sawtooth hangers)

November 13th and 14th:  Drop off during business hours - (Wednesday 10 - 9pm) (Thursday 12 - 6pm)

Show November 15th - January 6th

Friday, November 15th (7:00 – 9:00 pm): Artists’ Reception 

January 7th and 8th: Pick up of unsold work during gallery hours.  (Tuesday 2 - 6pm) (Wednesday 2 - 9pm) Include a prepaid addressed padded envelope or box for return shipping if you want your work returned by mail.

SALES

Accepted works will be considered for sale at the price indicated by the artist. If sold, 60% of the selling price will be paid to the artist.

INSURANCE

Great care will be taken with all work, but artists are responsible for insuring their own pieces if they wish.  South Avenue Arts will not be responsible for any loss or damage to work while on the premises or in transit to or from the gallery. Artists are advised to obtain their own insurance.
